After reviewing over 160 wine lists it has become evident that more and more sommeliers are using the “BTG” section as a platform to showoff their individuality, rather than a place tread carefully and please the masses. We’ll find out just who is pouring what, profile each short list, see what each somm has to say, and choose the 10 best spots to grab a glass. This week: The Modern, Felidia, Casa Mono, Convivio, Dovetail, Hearth, and Dressler.
