Drink Like Bond
A bibulous journey through the iconic spy's top-end drink cabinet, featuring his preferred drinks from both literature and film. We start with a Vesper Martini, then move through various Champagnes (Comtes de Champagne, Taittinger, Dom Perignon, Bollinger Grande Annee), via Sake (served at the correct temperature of course, in You Only Live Twice); then on to classic clarets: Ch. Mouton Rothschild, Ch. Lafite and Ch. Angelus. Finishing with Old Solera Oloroso Sherry, if you can manage it.

Salient points are illustrated by accompanying wines in this essential and failsafe guide for impressing your clients, and any potential father-in-law. An unusual tasting with a bit of a twist, we select wines that are most likely to appeal to a particular astrological sign, for example: for Aries a spicy, peppery red to match their impulsive and dynamic characters. For Virgos, the perfectionists, it must be quality all the way. We also try to choose from Biodynamic wines, which works towards growing grapes with a holistic view, seeing the vineyard in the context of the wider pattern of lunar and cosmic rhythms.
